Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–5 years of experience in sales (industry-specific experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel extensively across India
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
