We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our 100acress.com, a real estate platform focused on helping customers find the best residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property selection, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through calls, references, social media, and property portals.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Stay updated with current real estate market trends and competitor activities.
