Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting technical products, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Visit clients, understand their technical requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.

• Promote and sell electrical/automation/industrial products.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.

• Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations, and close sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering.

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales (preferably in electricals, automation, or industrial products).

• Good understanding of technical products and applications.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel within Mumbai and nearby areas.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred. Preferred Attributes:
