Job Description: Field Sales Coordinator / Executive – Auto Care & SP Hiring

Position: Field Sales Executive (Auto Care Products & Services) / SP Hiring Associate Experience: 0–3 yearsCompensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives Location: Whitefield, BLR Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, focused on driving on-ground sales of auto care goods and services while also supporting our Service Partner (SP) hiring and onboarding pipeline. This is a field-intensive role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and working towards clear conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Drive field sales of auto care-related goods and services within the assigned territory

• Identify and generate new leads through on-ground activities and local market visits

• Visit relevant locations (garages, service centers, residential/commercial hubs) to identify potential candidates and business opportunities

Candidate & SP Hiring Support

• Support Service Partner (SP) hiring and onboarding activities

• Identify, approach, and shortlist potential candidates for SP roles

• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates to drive conversions and successful onboarding

Data & Reporting

• Collect and maintain accurate data of interested candidates and leads

• Track daily/weekly activity data and report progress to the reporting manager

• Maintain CRM/tracker sheets with updated status of leads and candidates

Coordination

• Coordinate with respective city teams to align on hiring priorities and sales targets

• Support on-ground operational coordination for smooth execution of hiring and sales activities

• Liaise between candidates/leads and internal teams to ensure timely closures

Key Skills & Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or hiring/recruitment support (freshers welcome)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily travel within the city

• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

• A two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for field visits)

• Local language proficiency + working knowledge of Hindi/English
