Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Make outbound calls (cold or warm), identify customer needs, pitch products/services, and close deals.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals (KPIs).
Data Management: Accurately update customer details and sales activities in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product details to offer tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop strategies and improve overall sales efforts.
