We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Operative Executive to support our sales operations and help achieve company sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, promoting products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, or follow-ups
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer records and update sales data regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
Follow up with customers for payments and feedback
Prepare basic sales reports and updates for the management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate / undergraduate (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
Positive attitude with willingness to learn

Experience:
0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred
