About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our complete range of lighting products and services, including LED fixtures, poles, solar lights, and installation solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for LED lights, solar street lights, and lighting poles.
Present and promote Radiance Lights’ products and installation services to customers in a professional manner.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and project consultants.
Understand client requirements and provide customized lighting and installation solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations based on customer needs.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and emerging lighting technologies.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and field visits to represent the company and generate business.
Job Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering).
Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in lighting, solar, or electrical products.
Skills & Qualities:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Professional appearance, confident personality, and customer-oriented attitude.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Basic technical understanding of lighting and solar products (training will be provided).
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals within deadlines.
