We are looking for an Educational Counsellor to join our team at Quality Software Technologies. The role involves guiding students in choosing the right courses, understanding their career goals, and supporting them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-first approach, and a passion for helping learners build successful careers.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and program details.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Explain course features, benefits, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain strong relationships with students for future enrollments and referrals.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Keep updated with industry trends and course offerings.
Prepare reports on admissions and student feedback.
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Applicants should have strong convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
