Job Description – Real Estate Property Deal Executive
1. We are looking for a smart and confident candidate for real estate property dealings.
2. Candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills.
3. Responsible for handling property inquiries, clients, and property owners.
4. Should be able to identify and generate new property deals and opportunities.
5. Coordinate property visits, meetings, and negotiations with clients.
6. Maintain good relationships with property owners, brokers, and investors.
7. Should have basic knowledge of real estate transactions and documentation.
8. Experience in real estate, property dealing, or brokerage will be preferred.
9. Candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel when required.
10. Attractive salary/incentives will be offered based on experience and performance.
