Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
Fix appointments with General Managers and key decision-makers
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule meetings
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
Handle order processing and ensure timely delivery
Maintain and update customer records in CRM
Track sales targets and prepare MIS reports
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Support tender documentation and contract processing
Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and operations teams
Monitor inventory and dispatch status
Assist in lead generation and pipeline management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
