Job Description: B2B Inside Sales Associate (Tele-Sales)
We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for business owners in the logistics and transportation sector. Your primary goal is to introduce our technology solutions and schedule product demonstrations for our sales engineering team.
The ideal candidate possesses a mix of persistence, professional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex business structures to reach key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and reach out to owners and directors of logistics, trucking, and supply chain companies.
Outbound Cold Calling: Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to generate interest in our software platform.
Lead Qualification: Understand the prospect’s current pain points (e.g., manual tracking, billing errors, or fleet management) to determine if they are a fit for our solution.
Demo Appointment Setting: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software to secure a scheduled time for a formal product demonstration.
CRM Management: Accurately log all call activities, follow-up dates, and prospect feedback in the CRM system.
Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor software and common industry hurdles to help refine our sales scripts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in B2B tele-sales, inside sales, or business development roles. Experience in the logistics or SaaS industry is a significant plus.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Resilience: A thick skin and the ability to maintain high energy and a positive attitude despite frequent "no's."
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn for prospecting, and basic office software.
Persuasion: Proven ability to move past "gatekeepers" and hold meaningful conversations with C-level executives and business owners.
