Advanced Cleanroom System (ACS) is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive with knowledge of Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, and manufacturing sectors.
Generate leads through customer visits, telephone calls, email marketing, referrals, and other business development activities.
Promote and sell cleanroom including:
Cleanroom Doors
Air Handling Units (AHUs)
Pass Boxes (Static & Dynamic)
Laminar Air Flow (LAF) Units
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical and estimation teams.
Follow up with customers on quotations, purchase orders, negotiations, and order confirmations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and project management teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, follow-up records, and sales reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry-related business meetings as required.
