Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily operations, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and order confirmations with clients.
Maintain and update sales databases, CRM tools, and client records.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution and delivery.
Follow up with customers for pending orders, payments, and documentation.
Handle incoming client inquiries, route them to the concerned sales personnel, and ensure timely responses.
Generate and maintain MIS reports, sales trackers, and client communication logs.
Support marketing initiatives such as product promotions, exhibitions, and presentations.
Monitor stock availability, order processing status, and share updates with clients and the sales team.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external use.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – mandatory.
Knowledge of CRM systems, quotation tools, or ERP software (preferred).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic sales team.
Good written and verbal communication in English is essential.
