Sales Associate

Position Overview
We are looking for Delivery Boys to support the timely and efficient dispatch and delivery of industrial products to customers. The candidate should be comfortable riding a two-wheeler, interacting with customers, handling goods responsibly, and supporting warehouse and inventory activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Dispatch materials and products to customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Pack and dispatch goods on time.
• Assist with inventory management and timely movement of goods.
• Answer customer questions regarding products and services when required.
• Stack and display goods properly for sale.
• Record sales logistics activities using registers and prescribed Excel formats.
• Handle delivered materials responsibly and ensure proper documentation.
• Support day-to-day logistics and dispatch activities.
Key Requirements
• Own two-wheeler is required.
• Valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Previous experience in handling industrial equipment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Responsible, punctual, and physically capable of handling delivery-related activities.
Educational Qualification
Any degree with manageable/basic English communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)
