🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Generate and close cases for:
  ✔ Unsecured Loan (Personal Loan / Business Loan)
  ✔ Secured Loan (Home Loan / Loan Against Property)
  ✔ Other Mortgage Products

• Source clients through field visits, references & marketing

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for login & disbursement

• Maintain customer relationships

• Achieve assigned monthly disbursement targets

💼 Compensation Structure

✔ Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 / ₹25,000 / ₹30,000 / ₹35,000 / ₹40,000
✔ Conveyance Allowance: ₹2,000 per month

🔵 Unsecured Loan (Personal Loan / Business Loan)

Minimum Monthly Target (as per salary):

• ₹20K → ₹20 Lakh

• ₹25K → ₹25 Lakh

• ₹30K → ₹30 Lakh

• ₹35K → ₹35 Lakh

• ₹40K → ₹40 Lakh

Incentive Slab (After Achieving Minimum Target):

• Target to ₹50 Lakh → ₹500 per lakh

• ₹50 Lakh to ₹1 Crore → ₹600 per lakh

• Above ₹1 Crore → ₹700 per lakh

🟢 Secured Loan (Home Loan / Loan Against Property) & Other Mortgage

Minimum Monthly Target (as per salary):

• ₹20K → ₹50 Lakh

• ₹25K → ₹65 Lakh

• ₹30K → ₹80 Lakh

• ₹35K → ₹95 Lakh

• ₹40K → ₹1.10 Crore

Incentive Slab:

For ₹20K – ₹35K:

• Target to ₹1 Crore → ₹100 per lakh

• ₹1 Crore – ₹1.5 Crore → ₹150 per lakh

• Above ₹1.5 Crore → ₹200 per lakh

For ₹40K Salary:

• ₹1 Crore – ₹1.5 Crore → ₹150 per lakh

• Above ₹1.5 Crore → ₹200 per lakh

⏳ Probation Period

• Probation valid till 31st March 2026

• Minimum target achievement mandatory

• Confirmation subject to performance
