Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with bank branch managers, key staff, and regional heads to drive lead generation.
Customer Engagement: Conduct joint calls with bank staff to pitch products, understand client financial needs, and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Training & Support: Train bank staff on product features, sales techniques, and compliance requirements, including conducting workshops and product refresher sessions.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales adhere to IRDAI regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Typically 6 months – 3 years in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales, specifically in Banca or direct sales.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree).
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are critical.
Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a high-pressure sales environment.
