Hiring – Relationship Manager (Branch Sales)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹4 – ₹5.5 LPA

Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Requirement: Own vehicle is mandatory

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven individuals for a Branch Relationship Manager role. The candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets in a performance-driven environment

Identify potential customers and generate leads

Deliver effective sales presentations and close deals

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally

Stay updated with product offerings and market trends

Generate referrals and expand customer base

Preferred Background:

Real Estate / EdTech / Insurance / Telecom / Travel / Banking / Any B2C sales

Freshers with strong communication skills and sales mindset are welcome

Skills Required:

Good communication in English & local language

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude

Presentable and confident personality

Work Environment:

Field sales role

Comfortable with weekend working and flexible hours
