Relationship Officer – Home Loan

Position: Relationship Officer

Department: Home Loans

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and generate leads for home loan business through open market, referrals, builders, and channel partners.

• Meet prospective customers and explain home loan products and eligibility criteria.

• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for smooth loan disbursement.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and channel partners.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in banking, financial services, sales, or home loans preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Skills Required:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of home loan products and documentation.

Preferred Experience:

• 0–3 years in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, or Financial Services Sale
