Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management:
Generate leads (self-sourced or from call centers), meet/exceed targets, and close sales through appointments, home visits, or digital outreach.
Customer Engagement:
Present and sell products, understand financial needs, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Customer Service:
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support, including renewals.
Reporting:
Maintain daily records of sales activities, lead utilization, and conversion rates.
Compliance:
Stay updated on products and regulations, ensuring ethical conduct.
