Key Responsibilities:
Source new business opportunities for Loan Against Property through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
Conduct detailed financial and credit assessments of customers to evaluate their eligibility for LAP products.
Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to ensure repeat business and cross-selling of financial products.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursement of loans.
Manage documentation, verification, and post-sanction follow-ups to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service quality standards.
Provide guidance to customers regarding loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and required documents.
Regularly track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to suggest process or product improvements.
