Position: Relationship Manager
Department: Property Management Services (PMS)
Location: Basveshawara Nagar
Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

Inside Sales

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain PMS services to clients.

• Follow up with leads provided by the company.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Schedule meetings and property visits for interested customers.

• Maintain daily reports, CRM updates, and follow-up trackers.

Outside Sales

• Meet clients on-site for property inspections, discussions, and documentation.

• Conduct field visits to generate new leads and convert prospects.

• Coordinate with property owners for agreements, onboarding, and service-related queries.

• Promote PMS services through direct marketing, field sales, and local networking.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of property management

• Ability to handle both indoor and outdoor sales activities

• Customer handling skills

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Any graduate

• Freshers or candidates with relevant sales experience

• Two-wheeler preferred
