Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and client-oriented Relationship Manager to serve as the key point of contact between our property management company and property owners, tenants, and investors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, managing expectations, and supporting the overall delivery of high-quality property management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
Service Delivery Oversight:
Ensure the effective delivery of property management services in line with client expectations and contractual agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., maintenance, leasing, finance) to resolve issues and fulfill service obligations.
Client Retention and Growth:
Proactively identify client needs and recommend service enhancements or upgrades.
Work to retain existing clients and contribute to organic portfolio growth through referrals and upselling.
Issue Resolution:
Handle escalated issues with professionalism and urgency, ensuring client concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and follow up to maintain high service standards.
Reporting and Communication:
Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding property performance, financials, and maintenance activities.
Schedule and lead regular client meetings and review sessions.
Market Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with property management trends, regulations, and market conditions that may impact clients or services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or a client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium) and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and tenancy regulations.
