Designation - Relationship Manager
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
Drive the sale of life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide training and support to bank staff regarding life insurance products, processes, and regulatory norms.
Conduct joint customer calls with bank staff to sell life insurance solutions.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads provided by the bank and closure of sales.
Track and report sales metrics and branch performance to management.
