Relationship Manager (RM) – GoNukkad Product Job Title Relationship Manager (RM)
Location Gurugram , Delhi & Ahmedabad Qualification • MBA (Mandatory) • Minimum 60% marks in 12th and Graduation Experience • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. • Candidates with experience in sales, customer acquisition, business development, or relationship management will be preferred. Job Responsibilities • Generate and qualify leads through various channels. • Connect with prospective customers and explain the GoNukkad product offerings. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Conduct customer meetings and presentations. • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. • Follow up with potential customers and drive conversions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Required Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Customer-centric approach. • Target-driven mindset. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Compensation • Fixed CTC : 22000 (Fixed) +2000 (Conveyance) •Incentives and Variables : 17000 Preferred Candidate Profile • MBA graduates with strong communication skills. • Candidates with a passion for sales and relationship management. • Self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
