About the Role

Role-Specific Responsibilities
1. Life Insurance Sales Executive
High-volume calling and lead conversion
Pitch insurance plans effectively
Close sales with proper follow-ups

2. Relationship Manager (RM)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand client financial goals and suggest suitable plans
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products
Manage premium customers
👉 Focus: Customer Retention & Value Selling
3. POSP Manager
Recruit, train, and manage POS (Point of Sales) agents
Monitor team performance and sales targets
Drive business through agent network
Provide ongoing training and support

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Male or Female)
Experience: Preferred in life insurance / financial sales
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (for Executive role)
