Key Responsibilities:
Drive home loan sales through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
Onboard, train, and support DSAs to improve sales performance.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth loan process.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.
The Relationship Manager for Home Loan Sales (DSA) will be responsible for driving sales of home loans through a network of Direct Sales Agents.
