Job Description – Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

About the Role

SMFG India Credit is hiring dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to drive business growth through field sales. The role involves sourcing customers, generating business, building relationships with channel partners, and promoting Home Loan and related secured loan products. This is a field sales role requiring candidates with a passion for sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business for Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and APF products.

Source customers through field visits, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Identify potential leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.

Guide customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), APF, or any field sales profile.

Fresh sales knowledge in secured lending products will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.

Candidate must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in Sales / Field Sales (Home Loan, LAP, APF preferred)

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Maximum CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

CIBIL Score: Minimum 700 (Mandatory)

Career Gap: No career gap accepted

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to work at the nearest SMFG branch in Bangalore
