Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new leads through references, networking, and field activities
Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs
Promote and sell Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Mutual Fund products
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Provide post-sales service and portfolio review support
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds / Life Insurance / Health Insurance sales
Strong passion for sales and customer relationship management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Graduation is mandatory (Finance background preferred)
Candidates must be based in Chennai and willing to travel to Adyar
