Relationship Officer

Location: Rohtak
Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are hiring a Relationship Officer responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and driving sales of banking products.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new CASA, FD, RD & other retail banking customers
Cross-sell loans, insurance, and third-party products
Maintain strong relationships with walk-in and existing clients
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Ensure compliance with banking processes and documentation

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services
Strong communication and sales skills
Local market knowledge preferred

Customer Relationship Management

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
