Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements related to residential/commercial interior projects.
Generate leads through references, walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries.
Schedule meetings/site visits with clients and interior designers.
Explain company services, packages, and project offerings.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Coordinate between clients, sales team, designers, and project execution team.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain CRM records, lead status, and customer databases.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and support documentation when required.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business generation.
Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets.
Build long-term relationships to generate referrals.
