Overview :
Policy Bazaar is hiring dynamic field sales professionals to drive insurance sales, acquire new customers, and build long-term client relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through need-based selling, customer engagement, and post-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets based on ANP (Annualized Premium) and case count.
Acquire new customers through leads, referrals, and organic growth.
Conduct customer meetings to understand needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
Follow Need-Based Selling principles.
Upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
Provide post-sales support and ensure timely policy issuance
Maintain regular engagement with allocated customers
Collaborate with supervisors for sales planning and execution
Forecast sales and manage the client database within the assigned territory
Please comply with the ISMS and data security policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good sales acumen with a passion for achieving targets
Resilient, disciplined, and self-motivated
Results-driven with a positive attitude toward challenges
Eligibility & Experience:
Any graduate or equivalent
Proven sales experience (preferably in insurance)
Track record of meeting sales targets
Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management.
