💼 Job Introduction

We are hiring Relationship Managers for Home Loan & LAP sales. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, customer-handling ability, and experience in banking/NBFC or financial services.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through open market and field sales.

• Sell Home Loan & LAP products to new and existing customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

• Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams.

• Develop business through references, connectors, DSA and local market sources.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.

👤 Candidate Profile

• Graduation is preferred.

• 1–4 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking or NBFC sales.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong target-oriented and field-sales approach.

• Candidates with relevant local market knowledge will be preferred.
