Position - Agency Mgr. (Agency channel)
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Team Building: Identify, screen, and recruit potential insurance advisors (agents/sales associates).
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions, workshops, and field demonstrations to enhance agents' knowledge of products, regulations, and selling techniques.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and draw up action plans to improve productivity and retain high performers.
Client Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by assisting agents with complex sales or client inquiries and conducting periodical customer meetings.
Compliance and Operations: Ensure all agency operations adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulations set by regulatory bodies like the IRDAI (in India).
Market Analysis: Research current industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to upper management.
