Generate leads for home loans through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners
Build and maintain relationships with customers, real estate agents, and builders
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable home loan products
Guide customers through documentation and loan processing
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in home loans, LAP, or mortgage sales
Good knowledge of banking and financial products
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in field sales / BFSI sector
Existing network with brokers/builders is a plus
Good understanding of local property market in Mumbai
