Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 2 to 7 years of experience into Insurance Sales (Any Vertical) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales management or a related field.
