
Responsibilities:
Manage and service existing (Loyalty) customers of HDFC Life
Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products to the existing customer base
Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer meetings (depending on role type)
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high retention
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
Ensure timely follow-up on leads provided by the company
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong customer relationship management ability
Sales orientation with target-driven mindset
Basic understanding of insurance / financial products
Ability to handle customer queries and objections
