A Relationship Manager (Loyalty Channel) is primarily responsible for selling life insurance products directly to customers and maintaining customer relationships. The role focuses on both sales and servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through assigned leads and customer databases.
Meet customers to understand their financial and insurance needs.
Sell Life Insurance products (Protection, Savings, Investment, Pension plans).
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including claim assistance.
Ensure policy renewals and customer retention (persistency).
Build long-term relationships with customers and cross-sell additional products.
Eligibility:
Graduate (any stream).
Minimum 1 year of Sales/BFSI experience preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
