Position Summary : We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented professionals for the role of Relationship Manager / Relationship Executive. The candidate will be responsible for driving housing loan business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring portfolio quality while achieving assigned sales targets.
Job Description :
Achieve business targets for the assigned branch
Develop and maintain relationships with internal support teams
Leverage existing JC/Branch relationships to source Housing Loans & LAP business
Ensure customer satisfaction through post-disbursement relationship management
Maintain 100% non-delinquency in the assigned portfolio
Support the collections team in case of any delinquencies
Conduct regular marketing campaigns for promoting bank products
Liaison with DSAs, connectors, and vendors for business growth
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies by analyzing market trends and competitors
Train DSAs/Connectors on policies and products to ensure quality proposals
Achieve assigned cross-sell targets

Two-wheeler & valid Driving License
