Relationship Manager (Home Loan / LAP Sales)

Location : Kalyan | Thane | Panvel | Mumbai

Salary : Up to ₹3.75 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Experience

Minimum 1 YEARS of experience in:
Home Loan (HL)
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Mortgage Sales

Freshers may be considered for selected locations

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

Source Home Loan & LAP business through:
- DSA Channel
- Builder Channel
- Connectors
- Open Market
Generate leads and acquire new customers
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and referral partners
Handle customer queries and provide suitable loan solutions
Collect and verify customer documents
Ensure smooth file login, sanction, and disbursement process
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
Conduct field visits and market activities to generate business

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP sales preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building ability
Comfortable with field sales and local travel
Target-oriented and self-motivated
DSA sourcing experience will be an added advantage
