A Relationship Manager (RM) at U GRO Capital is responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients, with a focus on Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. They handle direct market sourcing, pre/post-disbursement documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves high travel within the city to meet sales targets and achieve high-yield growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:-
Sourcing & Sales: Develop and source Loan Against Property (LAP) clients directly from the local market to meet monthly targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with existing and new SME clients, understanding their financial needs, and maximizing penetration.
Documentation Management: Coordinate with clients for loan documentation, ensuring complete pre- and post-disbursement documentation, and submit files to the Branch Manager.
Cross-selling: Cross-sell products and other financial services to increase revenue.
Market Intelligence: Analyze local market trends, monitor competitors, and assess client creditworthiness.
Requirements & Qualifications:-
Experience: Previous experience in SME lending, LAP sales, or sales/business development is usually required (typically 1-5+ years depending on seniority).
Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
Location Focus: Strong familiarity with the local market and geographical area
