Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates for the position of Sales Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank. Selected candidates will undergo training through NIIT to develop their banking, sales, customer relationship management and financial product knowledge before taking up their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

• Promote banking products, including savings accounts, current accounts, loans, cards and other financial services, as applicable to the assigned role.

• Generate leads through customer referrals, field visits and other sales activities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Assist customers with account-related queries and service requests.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow the bank's policies and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.

• B.E./B.Tech and MBA candidates are not eligible.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in sales, banking and customer relationship management.

• Willingness to learn and undergo training through NIIT.

• Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work towards targets.

• Willingness to work at the location assigned by the bank.

Training

Selected candidates will receive training through NIIT to develop the knowledge and skills required for the banking role. Then they can work in their hometown. Training duration, location, assessment requirements and joining conditions will be communicated during the selection process.
