Colife Advisory is looking for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to manage customer relations, property onboarding, lead conversion, and partnership activities within the PG & Hostel / co-living sector. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and experienced in field and coordination activities.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

• 12th Pass (Mandatory)

• Graduate preferred but not compulsory

💼 Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in any of the following industries:

  • Real Estate

  • Ed-tech

  • BFSI

  • Hospitality / Co-living (added advantage)

🛠 Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Must know MS Office, Excel, and professional email drafting

• Ability to handle customer queries and close bookings

• Comfortable working in a hybrid model

• Ready to perform ATL & BTL marketing activities

• Should be willing to travel within Panvel/Navi Mumbai region

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage leads and convert walk-ins for PG/Hostel bookings

• Coordinate with internal teams for occupancy and property management

• Build strong relationships with students, working professionals, and corporate partners

• Execute local marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL) to drive visibility and footfall

• Prepare daily reports, MIS, and follow-up trackers

• Support in property visits, onboarding, and field operations
