
Responsibilities:
Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers.
Source accounts through field sales, referrals, and cold calling.
Explain bank products, features, and benefits to customers.
Complete account opening documentation and KYC as per bank norms.
Ensure timely activation of accounts.
Achieve daily and monthly CASA acquisition targets.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and local businesses.
Cross-sell basic banking products where applicable.
Maintain daily sales activity and MIS reports.
