About the Role
We are looking for a Relationship Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, build relationships, and drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calling, references, field visits, and other sources.
Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
Schedule meetings and follow up with leads regularly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service.
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
