Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, site visits, and references
Handle client queries and provide property details
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with potential customers for closures
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Key Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of the real estate market
Ability to handle clients and close deals
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is a plus
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
