Truevisory Realty pvt Ltd is seeking a driven and dynamic Real estate executive to join our growing team in sector 62 , Noida .The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property buying , selling and leasing and delivering exceptional customer service throughtout the transaction process .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking , referrals and market reasearch.

• Assist client in buying ,selling and renting residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct site visits and property presentations .

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Understand clients requirements and match them with suitable property options.

• Negotiate deals and ensure successfull closure.

• Maintain updated knowledge of real estate trends in noida and surrounding areas.

Coordinate with developers , channel partners and internal teams .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• 0-3 year of experience in real estate or sales ( freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

• Excellent communication , negotiation , and interpersonal skills

• Self -motivated and target -oriented

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
