Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales. You will act as a key point of contact between property buyers and developers/sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals

• Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and provide complete property information

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and developers

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation

• Assist clients with booking formalities, negotiations, and follow-ups until possession

• Maintain CRM database and update leads regularly

• Coordinate with marketing and back-office teams for campaigns and lead follow-ups

• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Proven sales experience (real estate preferred but not mandatory)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persuasive

• Knowledge of real estate sales processes and local market trends

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Own vehicle and willingness to travel for site visits
