Job Description:

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a

consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading

to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

 Candidates should have to do Cold calling, meeting with the client, and going for the meeting

and project location. Generate the revenue. Complete the target and be passionate about sales.

 Candidates have to deal in residential & commercial (Luxury segment).

 Meet and exceed sales targets

 Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts

 Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

 Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Skills Needed: The ability and desire to sell.

 Good communication skills.

 Positive, confident, and determined approach and a high degree of self-motivation and

ambition.

 The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.

 Candidates must have leadership qualities.

 Passionate about sales & result orientated.
