🚀 We’re Hiring | Sourcing Manager & Presales Executive

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented professionals to join our growing real estate sales team!
1. Sourcing Manager
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs).
• Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners.
• Generate quality leads and drive site visits through CP networks.
• Conduct regular CP meetings and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve sourcing targets and contribute to project sales.
2. Presales Executive
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and qualify customer requirements.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and site visit targets.
Requirements:
• Experience in real estate is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
