Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to handle sales for fresh and under-construction residential projects across NCR, primarily in Noida and Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and build strong relationships with prospective clients.

- Handle inbound/outbound calls and understand client requirements.

- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

- Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers.

- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Negotiate with clients and close deals successfully.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and closing process.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 6month-6+years of relevant real estate sales experience.

- Experience in selling fresh/under-construction residential projects.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Proven ability to handle clients and close sales.

- Good knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, and NCR real estate markets.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, and site visits.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with an existing client/lead network and a proven track record in NCR real estate sales will be preferred.
